My son was 10 months old, was admitted with the flu: there was a temperature of 39.5, which did not interfere with antipyretic relations and a severe runny nose. Since antipyretics were taken almost every hour, while taking medication, there was vomiting. Therefore, we were assigned to the intestinal compartment 3A. They gave a smectite, an antiemetic, and put a dropper with isotonic solution and EVERYTHING ... The child choked all night and sighed, panting, the temperature did not drop ... I asked the nurse Shchelchkova Elena Nikolaevna to give us a nose wash and a drop. To which she replied that the intestinal compartment and noses were not washed here, and in general there were no doctor's prescriptions. Then I asked to call the doctor on duty that she would reconsider the diagnosis and prescribe proper treatment. To which the nurse replied that I felt sorry for the doctor, she also wants to sleep and that my son will not die ... She will wait until the morning ... I was indignant at the answer and continued to insist that she call the doctor. Every hour I actively asked to call a doctor, but there were always excuses. As a result, everything was complicated by bilateral conjunctivitis, every 5 minutes I removed the green from my son’s eyes, and she appeared again. All eyes swelled, stuck together, reddened ... Plus everything went down (bronchopneumonia), as shown later by x-rays. The son continued to suffer ... The attending physician Svetlana Vladislavovna Slavinskaya came only closer to 11 o’clock. To all questions why no one approached the doctor’s active calls and why the doctor on duty sleeps at the workplace, she replied that she was not obliged to make excuses to me. Only after proper treatment was prescribed ... And then the antibiotic was changed to 4 days only after my remark that it would be time to replace, if it doesn’t help ... We were put with the flu in a ward with patients with acute intestinal infections. As a result, after 4 days we again went down with rotovirus. My son had abundant stools 11 times and vomited 6 times a day, he could not even hold his head ... And the doctor, even without checking the patient, calmly went home. The patient was supervised 1 time per day and then the doctor came to listen only, she was not even interested in the condition of the child. Information about the condition of the son had to be obtained through the manager. I also spoke to her repeatedly about the behavior of the doctor, but she did not take any measures. Working nurse students do not change gloves and do not even handle them between injections in different patients. The nurse Galina Nikolaevna Pechernikova does not fulfill her duties. If the tables are forced, she does not rub them and other surfaces. Her priority is garbage with waste than helping the patient. At discharge, the attending physician did not even come to explain the recommendations. Shame on such medical personnel who do not heal, but heal. I ask the head physician to conduct a conversation with the medical staff of the 3A department and take an explanatory from the attending physician Slavinskaya and the nurse Schelchkova, because of which my son received complications and mental trauma!

Just awful. My grandmother died here. They killed her.

This is not a hospital, this is horror. Yes, the doctors are good, ml.med staff is also not bad. But how can one be treated there. Constant stress. Food is generally something. Put for 7 days, how to eat it? There are simply no words in the wards.

This is not the first time I've been lying here! The food is just awful! From year to year, nothing changes! The portions are small, tasteless! The beds are very uncomfortable, plumbing in the bathroom leaves much to be desired! Uncomfortable, unpleasant, bad !! The only plus is the doctors! I want to say special thanks to Marina Leonidovna! This is a doctor from God! And the nurses are also, in principle, all kind and responsive, I can’t say anything more good about this place!
