Not happy with the organization of the bank's office. The number of clients was above average, and not all windows worked. There are only three places to sit and wait for their turn (benches for two people), people crowd along the walls. I do not understand the workload of employees, but it seems to me that they did not work very efficiently. At least I waited for my turn to solve a trifling question for 1 hour 7 minutes (the time on the ticket is when I took it). Clients from the street are dressed warmly, but the room is not comfortable, it is very hot, apparently so that the employees in blouses do not freeze. While I was waiting, the T-shirt was at least squeezed. But the air conditioner was not on. Some individuals approached the girls through the window and they sent them without coupons to other windows, which were emptied without going through the queue. In general, after the visit, the impression was not very good.
