Too openspace format for the bank, given that there is an ATM. Unusual. Often a lot of people taking loans, which is not very fast, so it’s difficult to get a convenient time for other operations. Two employees work with clients, sometimes three. According to the rules of the bank, they constantly take a picture and the sign-scan-wait chain is repeated many times, which also takes time. Somehow, the employee forgot to return my passport to me, leaving it in the scanner, but it no longer works.
