Gastro-Restoran I Bar "Arbat"

Stopped in for lunch. In one of the dishes I came across 3 black hairs. The administrator quickly took the plate away, saying that she would show it to the cooks and we never saw it again. The waiter came and said that this dish was removed from the bill and waffles were given to us as a gift. The fact itself was unpleasant, as well as the fact that THERE WAS NO SPECIAL APPLICATIONS. There would be no recall, if the staff worked out this situation well, probably the management did not teach.

The birthday party was a success. The buffet is beautifully decorated. Everything was delicious.

Places for large companies are inconvenient. The waiter is unqualified, argues. The wine was poured into the glasses "left". Some of the dishes are poorly prepared (tasteless, from stale products). The young lady in the wardrobe 5+: friendly, polite.

Good day! Being (me and my colleagues) regular customers of the Arbat restaurant, I really want to leave a review. What can we say, the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, there are no usual chairs, there are soft sofas, good music. This setting immediately sets you up for a pleasant stay. The menu is so extensive that, in principle, everyone will find what they like. We are fish lovers and the cafe always has a selection of fish dishes and seafood dishes. Delicious fish soups! I like oriental cuisine, even at a business lunch, at least once every two weeks you can taste Tom Yam sum and other oriental dishes. Always friendly receptionist and waiters will offer the best dishes. We were also pleased with the price-quality ratio. Keep it up!!!

Very nice interior, delicious food. A varied menu. Friendly staff.
