Asked to call in half an hour to make pizza on time. At first, none of the operators answered the phone for 7 minutes, I believe in a large flow of customers, but not 7 minutes of waiting on the phone. Magically, 30 minutes turned into 40 and this is still critical when the question is pending an order. Please fix the app or hire more staff on your phone.
