We ordered the collection of cargo by Business lines from our supplier. The shipment was signed, indicating the address! In the warehouse of the shopping mall, they managed to confuse our cargo with another and send ours to St. Petersburg, and the cargo for St. Petersburg was brought to us, in Kirov. They wrote a refusal to receive, so that the transport could deliver goods to its recipients correctly. BUT! for 4 days already on our consignment notes, both goods simply lie on the terminals and do not provide us with any information on the terms of their delivery. The claim consideration procedure is 6 days, and there is no deadline for solving such a problem, according to the operator, it may take a month! I'm not even talking about the attitude of warehouse workers to cargo. Want to deliver your goods safely? Order a crate. A better another TC.

The quality of the freight service is terrible! Many years ago, boxes were opened and the contents were taken out. Began to order in bags under a seal. The thefts stopped, but there was another trouble: the boxes began to be crumpled, apparently they were being laid from below, and something heavy was above. For claims about breakdowns, they explain that it was necessary to order the crate for an additional fee. And this increases the amount of delivery by 2-3 times. The delivery price is already overpriced (entry into the warehouse area is 100 rubles. Insurance (from what? That the bandits will not rob the truck or if the truck rolls over, so I believe that these are your risks and do not need to be passed on to customers).) And today the "last drop" of the bag was filled with motor oil, when it received the cargo, the bag was clean, apparently wiped off. And in the bag, the box is all in oil, the oil penetrated through the cardboard inside and filled the contents !!! My cargo is irretrievably lost! Not to submit a claim: 1. Inspection and certification of the condition of the cargo only in the presence of a representative of the company, especially in the documents already signed that "I have received the cargo, I have no claims" - this is the most important! 2. waybill - I have neither a receipt nor an invoice for the goods, I bought used things privately as an individual from a natural person! Thank you very much Business Lines company! You've lost another customer!

History. A fragile load (2 pcs.), Naturally one was broken, and the broken piece was separately sealed with a sticker. The shipment was insured. And, attention, NUANCE, this case is not insured, to the question: "What do we insure the cargo from?" There was really no answer. Minus two regular customers, plus the entire clientele of one auto dismantling from Vladivostok, and to hell with them with the money, no one even apologized. About 7 years ago there was a wonderful shopping mall, but now it is simply "removed by the censorship."

Good service, we try to carry only with them. But if the cargo is oversized or heavy, then it is expensive.
