The review applies only to the online store. I wanted to order a bracelet for my birthday, I decided to order by phone. I called there, ordered, but after a day I was not informed of the order number. I called the next day, it turned out that there was no order at all. I ordered it on a new one, they informed me of the order number, and said where to track it. Today in my account I see that the order is canceled. I call support, they tell me that the order cannot be sent by cash on delivery, you can pay on the website by re-ordering. I go to the site, place an order, but the site hangs tightly on the delivery method, nothing can be done. I don’t even want to try anymore. I will choose another gift for myself, in another place.
