They work quickly, the employees are polite, so far they have not lost a single package in 4 years

I live in a private house and there is no way to run around every day in the mail! In the mail mess! They cannot find the parcel, they cannot call, but they will send the parcel back without any problems! What kind of work is this? Call, tell and agree how convenient it is for you and the recipient! deliver the parcel to your hands !!!!! Why do I find out that my package has returned ???? And if I have plants there ???? And paid and died from the ride ??? Disgusting attitude to work! And who will return the money to me for the lost parcels ???

Work well

Work fast. Polite, nice and competent. Sometimes in the evenings there is a queue of more than 5 people (between 17 and 18 hours), but a little later it is free again.

The staff are polite, the line-up is never practical.
