I called the post office at the Factory in Ganino to find out if the parcel came to me. The operator said, wait ... I hung for 15 minutes, after which she hung up the phone. You can’t serve real customers from your phone through one, or at least politely say that you call back later ?!

The new operators are simply obscure .... sooooo slow. The work schedule exactly matches the working time of ordinary hard workers

They call when the package arrived. But in the vestibule it smells bad. Inconvenient work time.
