Disgusting service! It feels like only scammers and swindlers are working! We bought a new car, and soon the trunk lid stopped opening from the button. 3 TIMES contacted the service, at first the grief of the "masters" simply erased the error, then they allegedly changed the Servotronic under the guarantee, which I doubt very much, since the problem remained ... Geographically, I am 2000 km from Kirov, the guarantee ends in a month ... Also, when going through MOT, I asked to put the old filters in the trunk, which of course was not done! So maybe this dealer does the same as the warranty repair? A car of a prestigious brand, the price at the time of purchase was more than 4 million and a complete lack of service and maintenance. I don't see the point of doing THAT at this dealer, and it's not a fact that they are doing it in principle .... I do not advise you to address any breakdowns !!! Although the sales department works great, everything was great when ordering and buying a car!

The terrible work of locksmiths, the first time they could not make a car, from the second one too !!! Result for two days no! On the video cameras I look at the car no one. For what do we pay money? For waiting? After 1.5 hours the car was driven into the service, it's disgraceful! Perturbation has no limits, a prestigious car showroom, but such a terrible appeal to customers did not meet. Thanks to the administrator for a delicious hour :)

For me, not a very convenient location, but the services provided by the showroom and the approach of its staff was pleased. Everything is professional and quick. Special thanks to the managers: Mikhail and Maxim.
