If you do not want to spoil your vacation, then NEVER use the services of this agency. Of course, I will explain why! This beautiful autumn, my brother and his family came to visit his hometown from Kamchatka. Having a little rest here, we decided to go on vacation to our beautiful south of Russia and turned, as it is clear, to the Albatros travel agency. An excellent manager advised me to go to Tuapse, to a well-established hotel. A voucher for a family of 4 people (2 children 4 and 5 years old) cost 70 thousand rubles (food, accommodation, in general, everything is already included). Everyone is happy and satisfied! BUT, as they say, not everything is so smooth and sweet! Arriving the next time for vouchers ... but they aren’t ... the next time (the day before departure) - there are still no vouchers. The manager promised to send them by e-mail. Naturally, these were empty promises. The next day, on the day of departure (!!!), this lady manager (unfortunately, I do not remember her name) calls and informs. that the selected hotel cannot accept them due to overcrowding !!! And a little later, another hotel offers, no less good. We are not proud and simple people, we did not swear and, with a calm soul, sent the family to rest. But as it turned out, these are still flowers, berries in front. Arriving at the final destination (Tuapse) at 2 a.m., SMS comes all from the same mistress that this hotel cannot accept them !!! Go type ladies and gentlemen to another hotel! Having finally arrived at the last hotel, having slept and having a rest, our vacationers will find out that their meals have not been paid for. But not every tourist will take so much money to pay it again himself and plus I want to leave with gifts from the rest and not sit all the time at the hotel, but at least pay and attend some excursions! Calling and cursing every day, knocking out my own paid money, the manager still sent a small amount of money, and then every day, the excuse is that the bank does not work, the money is stuck somewhere, etc. In general, upon arrival back to Kirov, the travel agency owed 26 thousand rubles. And you think they paid them on demand? !! In general, without waiting for the money, the vacation ended right, but in order to achieve justice the whole thing was left to finish the lawyer !!!
