Nice location, decent staff. But ... the hotel is in a former three-room apartment, the rooms are very small, literally two of us cannot separate.

Mini-hotel for three rooms on the first floor. Tiny rooms, but comfortable enough. Great audibility. Nearby there is a cafe "Yamskoy courtyard", where you can have a good dinner. The table is very small, the laptop barely fits. Breakfast is prepared by the receptionist in the enclosure in the corridor.

Very, very small rooms and excellent audibility. The rooms are clean, freshly renovated. Friendly aunties administrators. Somewhat strange but quite edible breakfast.
