This was the first time I saw this bad mail. I use mail services very often. So this time I decided to go in to send parcels. There were 4 bags and one box, everything was already packed and written. The postal employee, Valentina Vladimirovna, immediately said that when sending mail through an operator, it is necessary to indicate the declared value of the parcel. Initially, I was embarrassed about this, but then they decided to bet 1 ruble. 4 packages were accepted. They refused to accept the box because it was pasted with scotch tape of the Russian post office in Moscow. They wanted to sell me a package for 41 rubles. I refused to send this parcel. Then, going out into the street, I decided to call the mail hotline. There, the operator said that the declared value service is not necessary and that the employees simply imposed it. Likewise, about the box on which the Russian mail was scotch tape, they were obliged to accept. The operator advised to return to the post office and tell the employees to re-register the parcels without a declared value. I go back and say that the hotline said that you imposed a service on me that you shouldn't have done. But these post office employees were lying in the eye and refused to reissue the parcels. I do not advise getting in touch with these employees. I won't just leave the situation. 2 claims were made to the hotline. After that, I will add a statement about the results. If there are any problems with such employees, be sure to call the hotline and leave complaints. Such employees should not work.

They bring notice to a small package and do not indicate the name and patronymic, but only the surname. And then when you come to the post office, it turns out that the parcel is issued to another family member and therefore you have to return home empty-handed.

Mail works ugly! Postmen bring notifications from received parcels. Why should I have nothing to wander because of this? One employee of the post office cannot find a small package at all, says that it has already been received or nothing. But when I come next time to the post office, and there are already other female employees, then all the packages are magically located, and received and not, and old and new ones, are. Amazing isn't it ?!
