We do not recommend going anywhere through this Coral representative and the company itself. Reasons: the high-rated 5 * we had chosen on our own was changed (due to the pandemic) to a "similar" hotel, which in fact turned out to be 3-4 * with a lot of dissatisfied reviews and problems on the spot, they did not give time to evaluate the hotel independently before the approval, they only showed pictures in the office, similarly the woman in the transfer with us found out about the replacement of her hotel only after arrival, in Russia she was promised another one, we had to pay 30 thousand for the replacement of the hotel, upon returning it turned out that on the Coral website the tour costs 30 thousand less. Employees are incompetent and uncommunicative.
