Not once picked up parcels from this post office. All good! Even 10 minutes before dinner, if the girl came, she would give everything, even those packages that arrived in the morning and were not sorted. Often, instead of notifications, they call on a cell phone, it turns out to pick up very quickly, without waiting for the notification. Because parcels are not sent here, the line passes quickly. The operating mode is certainly not convenient, from 9 to 11 and from 16 to 19 at least it was. And then from 11 to 16 is not an option for many.

Disgusting and boorish attitude of employees. I tried to get the package, because a corresponding notification was received in the official application “Russian Post”, as well as an SMS notification that the parcel was awaiting delivery. In response, they said that they could not issue it, because “Too little time has passed.” I could not hear any other arguments for refusal, frank messages and rudeness began. I don’t understand how I can behave with people. In other post offices, parcels were always issued without any problems immediately after receiving notifications. I do not recommend ordering delivery to this post office and I will not do this myself.
