The manager Sergey Samarin was rude on the phone, the delivery was not made on time, to my question “why?”, He said that the courier had not reached me and had not delivered the parcel, therefore, there were no calls from them. Instead of trying to solve the problem, he did everything to aggravate it! After my repeated call to the office, my problem was sorted out and delivered the parcel. In general, if not for rudeness, this review would not have been.

Long!!! It is tracked poorly, only after 4 or 5 days it manifests itself (sending from Moscow to Yoshkar-olu). And here she is a couple of days, the courier offered to pick up from the office because many orders!!! Pochia Russia faster at times !!!
