Disgusting service. The goods arrived in the city on 07.12, but there was no notification, no call. I myself began to look for where my product was lost, called Next, then DPD. it turns out that delivery to my village (Doronichi) is scheduled for 21.12. Well, ok delivery is rare, but you could tell that the package arrived and delivery on 21.12. I would, of course, pick it up myself, without waiting for delivery. But until I called everyone, I did not find the ends.

It is impossible to get through, electronic correspondence lasts an incredibly long time, all issues are resolved for a very long time. I ordered a table for work and have been waiting for it for more than a week! Such a schedule that does not work to come to this darkness for goods themselves. Delivery of 1000 rubles with the rise to the floor. At the same time, the driver brought the goods and stated that we ourselves must raise it. What *** is being asked? It just doesn't fit in my head HOW can I work this way? Even with all the hatred for his work, how can you do it so negligently? Full indignation, complete disappointment. I will never advise anyone or wish to encounter such a service, with such an attitude towards customers. I 100% agree that in comparison with this service, Russian Post is a VIP service.

It never happened that I received an order without incident. They will deliver it to the wrong point of delivery, then they will close the postam, then they will change the operating mode. And do not call them, only on the site to write support. I do not like this company.
