I don’t know what kind of "local experts" bought by Mts are leaving commercial comments, but I did not see the quality of service. I saw how people, instead of installments, evaporate a loan with unnecessary insurance, I saw how they refuse service - "we have a small salon here, we do not serve, go to a large salon", I saw a refusal to replenish an MTS debit card .. Save your time, pass by.
