The manager said upon arrival to wash the car at the recommended car wash (350 rubles full car wash) and refuel the tank. After the trip, I stopped at the car wash (1 hour took the car wash taking into account the queue). Refuel the tank 10 liters more than required. As a result, when a car was handed over, the front bumper was scratched from the bottom (it blinked shorter somewhere, they warned me))) visually nothing is visible from the outside, the whole bumper). Okay I ask that with gasoline poured, Anton (manager) said that they did not return the money, that is, the next time when renting it was necessary to say that he poured 10 liters. Okay As a result, they considered repair of the bumper for 5000 rubles (scratches from the bottom of the bumper), they said they would subtract the transfused gasoline. The result of renting a car: 7650 rubles for 2 days. Here is such a sharing experience). As a rental newbie, I'm upset about a few things: 1. Well, I don’t think that I should pay 5000 rubles for scratches from the bottom of the bumper, and if this rental bumper is often scratched (judging by the reviews) and from the bottom, isn’t it easier to not repair it at all and leave the scratches as they are. And then the video will provide what kind of bumper they had was shiny and clean before you and how scratched it was after you))) Well, as if the guys had a feeling that the bumper was specially polished from below to show you for 3 scratches that absolutely do not affect the external type of car (scratches from the bottom of the bumper!).
