Pre-called the cafe, clarified whether there are more breakfasts and whether there are scrambled eggs and pancakes. We were told that yes. We arrived in half an hour, took the order, and then came and said that the pancakes were over (time 11:35). We re-ordered for salads, we asked for part of the portions "to go". The first dish (salad) was brought at 12:05 - salad, not in a container, but on a plate, although they asked for "to go". Then they brought an omelet to 2 tables (there were 8 of us). The orders were confused between the tables, later it turned out that they also confused the portions of omelets (double or not, with ham or not, with a tomato or not). As a result, I had to take one omelet with me, which was not planned. The omelettes were around 12: 20-12: 35. Potato pancakes were brought in at 12:50 approximately. They asked for an invoice: there were about 3-4 erroneous positions in it, which we had to check and recalculate the invoice ourselves. Of the pros: - made a discount for 150 rubles in 2 checks, - there was delicious cheesecake and pancakes. Minuses: - slow service, - not customer-oriented approach, - oversalted omelet. The second time I would not go to this cafe. I hope the cafe managers will take the comment into account and take it to improve the service.

We dined twice. The first evening is 5 *, the second is 2 *. On Friday, for some reason, there is 1 waiter for the whole room, and he is inhibited. We waited until the order was accepted for about 15 minutes. One of the order items were dumplings with garlic sauce. Bring without. It turned out that he was not, but the waiter did not bother to say about it when ordering, or at least before bringing the dish. In the process of preparing the order, Americano turned into cappuccino, but this was not critical after its other jambs. The result depends on which shift you get)

Good afternoon! 09/03/2020 in the evening the child wanted to eat, read about this place, the reviews were normal. We went in, we had to take the menu ourselves, the waiter came only 10 minutes later, he could not answer a single question on the menu, he did not repeat the order. He said that it was hotter to wait for about 20 minutes. After 15 minutes, they brought juice in a decanter, very low quality "packaged". Another 10 minutes later brought a warm salad with liver. The salad was cold, with cheap cheese and not quite fresh vegetables. As a result, after waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes from the moment of ordering, the child could not be fed, they could not serve 2 pancakes, pasta and roast. The two-sided waiter at the counter said that the pancakes were almost ready, the roast was still being prepared. Unfortunately we were not the only ones who were waiting for our dinner, the next table was also sitting with an empty table. Paid 500 rubles for cheap juice, not tasty salad left. As a result, we lost time, the shops were closed, the evening was ruined.
