Restaurant at the Segezha hotel. Opens at 11 a.m. Nice interior. Nice, smiling and very nimble waitresses. Large hall (in my opinion, even too large for such a chamber institution). There is absolutely no wine list. It seems that it is also out of competition in Segezha, because in the evening it is filled with visitors not only from the hotel, but also from the town. On the tables there is an advertisement of this restaurant with a pretentious description of wonderful and very special Karelian dishes, Karelian culinary ... BUT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN THE MENU, FROM LOCAL NATURAL GIFTS: NO LOCAL FISH, NO LOCAL MEAT, NO CULINARY PRODUCTS. .. Completely impersonal food from products that can be found anywhere (though well prepared). For me, it would be better to have a very small menu, but with something that you will not find anywhere else. But it seems that our provincial restaurateurs are still very far from understanding these seemingly elementary things ...

We were on a business trip in the city. We dined with pleasure. Everything is very tasty, cozy, fast enough and friendly. Good dinner with alcohol for 4 men ~ 4500 rubles.

An institution with a claim to design and level. Prices are slightly higher than other places in the city, but overall not very high. Inside is quite comfortable, a very good menu, normal portions. For drinks - coffee is not the most delicious, I didn’t really like it, the rest is quite up to standard. The usual guests are not very, never got a full landing, but maybe we were always out of peak hours. Sometimes events are held and then it can be closed.
