Owners were super nice and friendly! Everything was extremely clean and basically brand new! Great location with a small beer/snack place and a delicious bakery just across the street! The port/boat area is just down the street! They also helped us arrange for a last minute taxi/tour service! Very affordable and would totally stay here again!

Honest 3 stars. Neat, clean. The renovation is already shabby, the general area is cramped. Convenient location in the heart of the city. But the 4th floor with a spiral staircase (if you carry a lot of things, this staircase will be remembered). There is no separate parking.

I would like to write a review about the booking process. We never stopped ... Human factors. We arrived at Sortovala at 2 am. We needed accommodation for this one night. It was not possible to pay-book through the booking. They said by phone that they did not have a terminal. They said come, and in fact there may be housing. This "maybe" did not suit us, we want to come and check in, and not look for a hotel at 2 am. We were offered to "book" accommodation by sending 1000 rubles to a personal card. , we asked to send some kind of payment notification to the mail, the answer is literal: "Well, what are you, this is 1000 rubles .. go to the store once!" and no letters, notifications, anything they don't send. We spoke to the hostel owner. That's how we found another mini-hotel, with everything we needed, where we were warmly welcomed and waited. We are very glad that we got to another place!)

Great hostel. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Allowed to leave things in the morning, although the check-in is from one in the afternoon. By the evening they returned, all safe and sound. Thanks for the service
