Disgusting service. They cannot answer trivial questions about customer deposits and accounts. And the employee’s quote “I don’t know, look at your application” put me in a stupor. Pass around and visit the better branch on Kirov!

Be careful when making out a credit card and signing a loan agreement! They impose insurance without warning, and then write off money from a credit card for this extra service! For the bank, everything is clean, the client himself signed the contract, which the bank specialists slipped to him, agreed to insurance, but in fact he was not warned out loud about this service. This is my joint, of course! I did not read the contract carefully, was in a hurry and hoped for the decency of the girl who served me, but this gullibility played a cruel joke on me. The bank breeds in full such suckers like me, from the point of view of the law, not being a scam! But purely human, they are pure razvodily! Writing off money without warning is a real divorce! - 500 rubles as a bush! Friends, using the services of this bank, read the agreement carefully and do not be afraid to ask questions!
