Ruskeala Belaya Gora

Park White Mountain. Place of marble quarries. Here, in 1830-1890, marble was mined for the decoration of St. Isaac's Cathedral, Mikhailovsky Palace, Marble Palace. There are several observation platforms at a height of 25 meters. To get to the park you need to drive to Tivdia, then to the town of Belaya Gora. In the village of Belaya Gora, the Church of the Kazan Mother of God has been preserved. Architect Konstantin Ton, author of projects for the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Grand Kremlin Palace. The church was consecrated in 1856.
