Quite ok place for one night stop. Clean simple rooms, shower and toilet separate room. Food downstairs. No Wi-Fi.

We rented the whole house in Ivan Chai for three days of competition in Pryazha village with the whole team. The owner of the hotel "forgot" to warn that under the windows on the neighboring site there is a dog farm - a farm of booths for 20, maybe more. All this gang arranged concerts with sunrise at 5 am and on our last night they did not shut up from sunset. I could not stand it, left at one in the morning. The food in the cafe is so-so, the prices are charged, open, as the staff wants. I went to talk to the owner, his answer is "where did you see that it was quiet in guest houses and hotels." The house was cleaned zero times in three days, a house with 6 beds and a pair of folding sofas without a kitchen cost 10k per day.

Decent food in a cafe. Everything is not bad, but for this price the room should be: plates, mugs, a small refrigerator, and who needs TV. This is not all. Dogs are barking from the neighboring yard, and trucks in the parking lot periodically start up at night. Not far away there is a very beautiful river with rapids.

The owner is not friendly, the pastel is made from the cheapest materials, it stings all night and smells awful. The towels are very small, just for the face. The door to the bathroom sagged and to close you need to lift it up and try to keep it from falling off its hinges There is only a kettle, nothing else, not even dishes. We barely survived the night there, left early in the morning sleepy and broken. By the way, there is a cafe on the territory, the food in which also leaves much to be desired (((
