Every time the oddities with the cost !!! I have been serving in your clinic for over two years. And for the umpteenth time I do not understand what is happening with the attitude towards customers? 1. When you changed your doctor - gynecologist. Gradil Natalia was there, I was treated by her. She came for a second appointment, but she quit, now Vorsonofiev is working. And I had to pay as for the FIRST appointment only because YOU had a new doctor. It's not my problem that you had a change of staff, why did I pay for the appointment as for the primary one? !!!? 2. Now the novelty - it turns out that if I haven't visited your clinic for a month, then again, I have to pay as for the first appointment !!! What a mockery? !! ??? !! 3. And yet, the prices on the site do not match the prices in reality The initial appointment with a rheumatologist on the site is 1090 rubles, but in fact 1500 !!!!

Ripoff !!! We needed to probe the child's lacrimal canal. They called the clinic, explained the situation to the child of 8 months and asked if the doctor would undertake the operation. The administrator said "Yes, of course he does, but only first you need a consultation which costs 1000 rubles." We signed up and the doctor came to us: "And where have you been before, I cannot do it, the child is already big and no one will do it for you, only under general anesthesia in Stavropol" Question! Why write down and rip off money from a child, knowingly knowing that a doctor cannot perform an operation ???! P. S. Had an operation in an eye clinic on KMV and without anesthesia
