The museum is cool! Although small, but given the meaningful excursion, be sure to visit! The excursion is long, but very interesting. Leaves the strongest emotional response in the heart of every person interested in the history of our country.

The educational museum, many old navigational maps, uniforms, things of the canal army, in general - meaningfully, I learned a lot, but the main disadvantage is that the curator of the museum does not tell the whole truth, although it would be even more interesting. I advise you to visit.

Interestingly, the museum is small, just one room. Need to do more is our story.

The museum did not like the fact that the guide justifies Stalin and there hang a photo of Stalin in a gold frame. There is nothing about the repression.

The museum did not like at all. First, because most of the exhibits are copies of photographs and clippings from newspapers. And not 85 years ago, but the current AiF, for example. If we are talking about the Osudarya road, there is a clipping from the "Arguments ..." about what was good and bad in the reign of Peter I. Shame, not an exposition. Secondly, the guide. We asked a very simple question: "How did Peter force / ask / invite people to build the Osudarya road?". Instead of an answer, we heard a flurry of accusations in our address, that we kind of want to fill the guide with complicated questions. Although the usual "I do not know the answer to this question" would suit us perfectly. Apparently, the guide (an elderly woman, a former school teacher) most likely has a complex. She is afraid that she will not be able to answer visitors' questions, since she does not know everything, therefore she takes them hostilely. Write a review in the book, she also did not give us, after expelling from the museum and slamming the door. For this we even paid money: 75 r. As it turned out later, we have this guide-guide not the first. In this museum there are often conflicts. I think, on one basis: visitors ask questions. We do not recommend visiting this museum.
