I had to change both the rating and the review. Previously, it was just an unpleasant hotel where the rooms were not cleaned. And now this is a completely disgusting place. I ordered three suites a month before check-in, the booking was confirmed, everything is fine. Exactly one day before check-in, they called and said - we have prepared a room for three for you. As an explanation of why this happened, they say that the administrator who took the order no longer works for them. Naturally, I had to urgently change plans. The most disgusting hotel in the northwest. Don't come here.

The other day, arriving past the city of Segezha, we stayed at the Vyg hotel, and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the good food, pleasant service, and cozy rooms. By the way, rooms can be chosen as a suite or a regular one. I liked the cuisine at the Vyg hotel. We will come again.

Everything is clean, you can warm up your food or go down to the restaurant, it smelled delicious 😊. The staff is polite, which was very important for our tiredness. Special thanks for the staff.

The hotel is generally not bad, but the smell in Segezha is yes!
