I ordered a vital drug. In the application from 11 am there was a notice that the goods were in the pharmacy. Arrived at 16 o’clock. And what was our surprise when we were told to come tomorrow. That is, for 5 hours the goods simply were not taken apart. After a couple of calls, we were told to come in 10 minutes. This is a service.

I ordered the goods. A notification arrived that the goods can already be picked up, that he is in the pharmacy. The tactless cashier rudely said that the goods could only be picked up after 3 to 4 hours, as they had not yet sorted it. For the sake of this phrase, I apparently stood in line for half an hour.
