I'm a graduate student at Higher School of Economics (Moscow). That's why I view any asset in terms of its fair value. To put it simple, I consider why food in the restaurant is more expensive than in a shop. Sometimes, it's just because restaurant is located in a fancy place, so it pays a lot of money as a rent. It should be good for an owner of the building, but it doesn't create value for me as a customer. Sometimes, it's because restaurant uses good and expensive ingredients. Sometimes, because they have high-level Chef who requires big compensation. But I believe that the biggest value added that a restaurant can create is related with how you feel as their guest, so-called "customer experience". This part is especially important when you are far from home, tired or stressed. Most of the franchise restaurants pay a lot of attention to this component - they train their stuff, develop tones of internal regulations, get feedback from customers. But the thing is that hospitality that they create by those efforts is aftificial and you can easily feel it. This place is very different. We saw owner of the restaurant who personally oversees everything and who views customers as proof that all efforts that he put in this restaurant for 15 years are not in vain.

Good food, good service, moderate prices.

Pricey. But tasty. Live music. Authentic cuisine

Excellent food, service and hospitality. If you love fish and home made vodka, definitely try this place. Highly recommend.
