It is worth taking public transport or a shared taxi to visit this place but I don't recommend paying to see the interior, unless you want to skip other entrances of old churches in Russia!

St. John the Baptist Church or Церковь Иоанна Предтечи is a must visit place in Yaroslavl Russia. The church is featured on the 1000-ruble banknote. Very beautiful, next to Volga River
