I did not want to understand, but after I insisted, she called on the phone, which was indicated on the box. She was correctly heard, offered to return the money and get a cake at the point of sale. After she arrived, she was told rudely that she did not need to drink and eat anything, and then they all dumped. To be clear, my grandmother - a veteran of the Second World War, you need to start thinking about what to say. The money was returned. Unfortunately I do not know with whom she talked on the phone, but this is the only correct person in this whole story. In the past, there have never been any complaints about the quality of the products in this firm. I hope this is an isolated case, but I ask you to monitor the quality of the products, even in such a period of excitement as the New Year.
