The department is big. The staff is working. Recently added a terminal for the queue. Conveniently. You can receive / send the package quickly. Sometimes it happens that employees do not make contact. They do not want to check the warehouse with the parcels. Sometimes it’s the turn. Big one. Because of this, you have to stand for an hour / a half. Thanks for your work.

About 5 years ago it was a mail dump. I went in today. Nothing changed! Queues, staff are barely doing their job. I lied that nothing had changed - We put the electronic ticket coupon on the queue. It just works one window, as 2-3-5 years ago. One works, the rest like walruses on the beach, just graze. This despite the fact that I just wanted to buy a lottery ticket, and not pick up any parcel.
