Today, 12/19/2020, Saturday, outside -15 ° С. I went to the DODO pizzeria at 8:20 am and saw that the door was open from 8:30 am to 11:30 pm. I decided to wait 10 minutes before the start of the pizzeria next to its doors, thinking that 10 minutes is not such a long time. When it was already 8:30 am on my watch - the doors were still closed, I saw the workers inside as clearly as they did me. They saw me freezing on the street. When it was 8:40 in the morning, I decided to call the hotline and clarify the actual working hours of this institution, where they told me that work starts at 9 in the morning. Why was there no notice on the door to change the work schedule? Just as a human being, your employees could not go to the door and notify that they would have to wait until 9 am? If you do not know how to do this, I tell you: - take an A4 sheet in the landscape spread; - write with a pencil, pen, blood that work starts at 9 am; - profit. I am extremely dissatisfied with this case, I used to order it exclusively from DODO, now I will try PAPA JONES or DOMINOS.
