I was very disappointed with "Sushi Dynasty" Made an order via the Internet 20:05 We called back to confirm the order 20:30 The order was waited for 2 hours. Brought us 22:32 The dispatcher called more than once. She apologized and constantly said wait for him to arrive. (Set of 40 pcs, 2 extra rolls and 2 sets of potato balls) The amount with delivery is 1067 rubles. And not the whole set was brought, but only half of the set, and potato balls. Calling the dispatcher 5-6 times, no one picked up the phone. The courier drove up and delivered our order. The rolls that should have been warm were cold. The rest were all upside down and scattered around the box. The evening is ruined, so is the mood.

Disgusting service. Ordered a set of Jack Pot. From the very beginning, the girl misinformed about the composition of the roll. She said that 2 rolls with chicken, 2 with fish. In the end, it turned out that instead of the second fish roll, just rice with a cucumber. And then it went even more fun. Instead of the declared 1 hour 40 minutes, we waited 2 hours 15 minutes. The rolls had to be hot, they brought cold ones. So still no sticks or napkins. We have been your clients for a long time. But lately you just deteriorated!

Ordered on the house. In total, the order was transported 2.5 hours !!!! Not warning in advance. Referred to the weather ... Further, the courier had a buggy terminal, which did not want to pay. For 4 times the error I was already ready to give up such happiness, and the payment passed (which I very much regretted later). An order for almost 2000 thousand went to the trash. The pizza was cold and not edible, the hot rolls boiled into porridge for several hours in foil, the fish on the cold simply "wilted". And to all this, in addition, they did not put a single wand or napkin. Disgusting! I do not recommend to anyone.
