Spa-hotel Edel'veis

There were three of us in room 1. The declared third sleeping place was an old broken sofa, lying on which, you slide into the middle. Moreover, it does not fold out, but is 1.6m in length. Booked this hotel because compared to the others it had a pool. What did not like: -The declared pool and sauna do not work -The rooms are not cleaned -At 9 pm, the water was turned off due to the fact that some kind of tank would not be filled. Water appeared only in the morning. -mattresses are pressed in, beds are broken, while you sleep you can fall into a hole -from the little things: the microwave does not heat - rudeness: in the evening I was driving on business, the door was closed, I rang the bell - no one answers (on the gate there is an inscription working hours around the clock). I got through on the phone, the administrator opened the door and read me a whole lecture in a raised voice about how I woke him up and the keys had to be taken, rattled until I got to the room.
