СПА- Отель "Парус"

WHAT BAD - They given us keys 35 min late so we sit and wait because room was not cleaned. And at the time of check out they called us and told us to vacant the room at 12 exact. in the cafe area a waitress( thin and tall girl i don't know the name) behavior is very bad , people work here are rude except a guy and a lady who does massage . Location is not comfortable as no public transport nearby. So overall the people don't know how to meet and greet and make atmosphere happy. WHAT GOOD - its new , clean , good Breakfast, in between the park , near lake .

Very convenient location, the hotel is modern for 5 plus, the menu is at the maximum. The restaurant is open around the clock !!!! We arrived already full and all the same we picked up seafood. Nearby there is a large freshwater lake, very clear, and invigorating. I wish you an expansion and a year-round 99% load 1% for me, otherwise you will not get to you later.

We were here for a spa program. Unfortunately we were out of luck. The spa program and massage were absolutely nothing at all. If you have been to the spa and massage in the places where massage is done, you will be disappointed. A little rubbed - washed in a hammam (it's good, by the way). After that I had a massage and my wife got a wrap. The massage consisted of stroking the back. But mostly they drove with a rubber can. In the end - "head massage", but not with hands, an iron "comb". The program was for two, but it was conducted by one person ... When she "massaged" me, she was picking at the phone with one hand. In general, I strongly do not recommend it. The massage is very bad. More precisely - it was not at all. And there is no "program" at all. They do not accept payment by card yet, only transfer.

Nice hotel, cozy room, cool shower, beautiful. Breakfast is good, variety. The cafe is delicious. I like it.
