Could have warn in advance that their economy class room doesn't have shower in it - reluctantly upgraded my room class to standard one not to seek another hotel in amidst of night... Their inner bar didn't have stable working hours as well. They provided me with additional opportunities like iron and kettle for free, though. But the best feature of this place is location - the building is adjacent to train station.

The room is clean, cozy, comfortable, two steps from the railway station, next to a wonderful coffee shop and a dining room, a mountain view from the window. The only thing would be nice to refresh the furniture and renovation in the room, in general, a good hotel! Recommend

Stayed in a suite, three towels per guest, bathrobes and shower and wash sets, slippers, safe. Linens and towels are clean, the room is also clean, the bath toilet is separate, the toilet has another sink, two balconies, a very beautiful view of Mount Mashuk. The staff is helpful. There is a bar on the second floor where you can have breakfast (if you wish, you can bring breakfast to your room). In general, I liked everything.
