The bank was created for individual entrepreneurs and LLCs of all sizes. Replenishment of the account - here you have a solid five. Acquiring - connected quickly, the cash register itself is convenient and understandable. In the LC, you can view the balances, manage discounts, etc. Special thanks to the technical support staff. They communicate in a simple and understandable language, without rolling their eyes. All controversial situations were resolved quickly. As an individual entrepreneur, I am completely satisfied with the service in this bank.

The situation is this, I am not a resident of the Russian Federation, but I needed to issue an IP and, accordingly, a RS to it. As it turned out, this task is not an easy one. In Modulbank I got a business assistant who immediately introduced himself and said that I could write to him for any questions. At that moment I was still in search of other banks and their offers, but only the manager from the Module called back a day later, found out my decision, and consulted on the terms of registration with my documents. For the first time, I plunged into information about the types of taxation, taxes, OECD and so on. There were a lot of questions, and I think there were even more stupid questions. But the manager answered everything, explained everything, and helped with all questions. And the most convenient thing is that the whole team worked with me in a format that was convenient for me. All questions of interest were resolved online through chat and through phone calls. Fast and convenient. The manager phoned for identity verification at 9am on Sunday because I only had the opportunity at that time. In general, at the first stage of work, I am very pleased with the service and attitude. I am sure that further work will go well.

The account in Modulbank has been opened for a long time. We work without interruptions, there is also a business loan, in general I use all the benefits. Here on the site I saw the Green Limit action. But it works only for optimal and unlimited tariffs. At the moment, I am served on a tariff of nothing superfluous, very favorable conditions, but I decided to recalculate how it would be better, return to the optimal one and connect an additional limit or stay at this tariff. I wrote to support, the manager Daria answered immediately, made a fairly serious calculation based on my previous limit. So, it turned out that with a 0.75% withdrawal rate and an increased limit, I win a little more than on the current tariff. So I'm staying where I am for now. Thanks to the patience of support and the answers to my hundred questions, plus all the calculations were made with lightning speed. The guys are working great.

I did practice here. The impression is just super, usually after you get to know the whole inner kitchen, you start to dissuade your friends from going to the bank where you worked. But here everything is different. Really cool office, educated employees, discipline is of course strict, but it increases efficiency. If I start my own business in the future, I will definitely become a client of the module.

Among the services I have here is a current account and merchant acquiring. But while quarantine, we do not really use it. But specifically in this review I want to thank the employee Tatiana, who resolved the issue of imposing restrictions on my account. The fact is that I had a debt to the tax authorities, which I had already paid for 3 days, but the tax authorities for some reason did not see this money, respectively, and the account was frozen. I contacted the Module (I wrote to them in the chat in the application), even attached a receipt for payment, and asked for assistance in lifting the restrictions. As a result, Tatiana independently contacted the tax office, and a day later the account was at my complete disposal. This is what I like about the bank - adequate support and qualified employees.
