On December 5, at 4 pm, my mother was signed up for a covid test at the Science laboratory on Solnechnaya 53. After she passed the tests, she began to leave the laboratory and on the stairs. There was nothing to hold on to, she slipped very hard and fell down the stairs headfirst. My father was sitting in the car and did not even have time to run, he said that he only saw her flying down the stairs. He helped her up, somehow put her in the car and drove her home. At home, my mother noticed that she had a severe hematoma on the outside of her right hand and an ache, her right knee was severely swollen and a huge hematoma. Her back ached even more after the fall, and she already had an operation on the spine. When we came to visit with my husband and child and I saw her condition, I was shocked. She was shaking all over, either from pain, or from shock, or from both ... I called the ambulance, they advised me to go to the nearest hospital in traumatology. I somehow dressed my mother, helped my husband and I get to the car, put me in and took me to the hospital. There the doctor examined, sent for x-rays of the knee joint, hand, head and spine. There seem to be no fractures, but a severe bruise, a plaster cast was applied. And my mother had to go to surgery tomorrow to replace the hip joint, for which she went to get tested. Now, after the injury, her operation can be canceled. What should we do now?
