You need to wait a long time, before you can ask the stuff a question! If you want to get a package or two, except to spend an hour or more. Btw: if you order something from Aliexpress ( God bless you) you will not get the best service from the stuff! It's so far from from perfect, but I hope they'll do better. I would support them if I could.

I can say with confidence that this is the worst post in Pyatigorsk. At the post office on Mira 23, they give me a parcel for my dad. And then they refused to give for my mother. To be honest, I go here, but it's not very unpleasant for me to go there, it would be better to go to Mira there, the mail is much better and the attitude.

Why did you say that you work until 12 noon only on the Internet? There is paper glued on the door that you have a working day until 18:00! The second day I quit my job, I’m flying to catch up to six in the evening!
