People are accredited by Sberbank and work under accreditation! Underestimate the price of a house excessively !!! The service cost me 4'300,00 ₽, but the results of the assessment I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Dry numbers: I live in a new building, where a square meter of new housing costs 37'000.00 ₽ (without floors, door ceilings, bathroom fittings, etc.), and so the appraisers counted the housing, with everything listed in parentheses so that sq meter came out 34'400,00 ₽ ...
