The lack of any kind of humanity and the presence of the huge coarseness of the employee who refused to visit the TOILET for the client who reserved ritual services in the big hall was shocking to us. This woman, who is indifferent to customers, does not belong in this industry. I wish her the same situation in her hardest day in her life!
