The training was very difficult for all beginners, as it was for me. After a few sessions, things got pretty easy. The coach is very kind, will always support and support the dialogue. After so many trainings, it became so simple with her, and you just had to keep a good mood. With her it is very good to keep a good mood and shape. But also there were tears. But it was worth it. It just looked very difficult and it scared, but it's all in vain. It takes a couple of days / months to work out with a trainer and everything became very easy. Coach Victoria Zaitseva is the best of the best.

I really like visiting LoftFitness, very friendly staff, professional trainers. I advise everyone, after hard and busy everyday life, to come and train and then relax in the pool and in the Russian bathhouse.

New modern, no doubt, BUT the attitude towards customers is not clear. Situation: last year in August I bought a subscriber for a year, did not go often, in the fall I missed another 1.5 due to injury. Well, since March 2020, the loft (like everyone else) has closed. My subscriber ended in August. At the beginning of November, the call- "..... you will renew the subscriber. It ends on November 15 ......" And they tell me that all the subscriptions have been extended for 3 months !!! To which I rightly ask: "why are you calling me about this just now to tell ...? The result of this conversation: They: we opened in June and extended everyone for 3 months Me: why didn't you notify me, call / sms? They: all the information was on the site Me: I didn’t know and didn’t go since March 2020, extend it for me for three months from November They: we can sell you a subscriber for half a year for half the cost of an annual Me: Thanks for the offer, but I don't want to!

I really liked it from the very beginning, very pleasant trainers, beautiful placement.
