I called, made an appointment with a therapist, the day before the appointment they called and reminded me of the appointment, everything is fine. At the reception with a therapist, I was prescribed examination, tests and ultrasound. I signed up for an ultrasound scan and in the laboratory, they called in a day and were reminded of the appointment. I came, everything went as prescribed by the doctor. After the most interesting thing began) at the reception I was warned that the tests would be ready in 2 days, so it is better to make an appointment with the therapist on the 3rd day. In general, as expected, I came to the appointment on the appointed day and then it turned out that my tests were ready but not all, the hormones were not ready, but nevertheless the administrator said that it’s not scary, you can go with these for now, I refused because it makes sense to go there is no therapist, because the doctor will not have a complete picture on hand. I clarified “why wasn’t they warned me about this in advance and didn’t postpone the visit to the doctor?”, They didn’t answer me, they began to refer to the poor work of the Samara laboratory, which should not bother me at all as a client of a private, commercial clinic. We went to call the laboratory to find out what and how with my tests, in the end we found out that some of my tests (for hormones) are not prepared for 2 days, but 4, and they will be ready only in 1-2 days, for some reason the clinic staff is not knew about it. In the end, they told me, call and find out when everything is ready)) I asked to dial me how all the tests would be ready, to which they objected to me that I NEED THIS SAME, SO CALL YOURSELF, all the goodwill ended right there)) In the end, I’m all still REALLY asked them to dial me, to which the admin "kindly" agreed ... As a result, they had to dial on Monday, today Thursday, I dialed them myself and it turned out that they had forgotten to take tests for hormones from me at all, that's the whole result. I spent 6000 rubles and 2 weeks of time, but in the end I didn't get anything. Thanks you
