Has had the misfortune to come to the library five minutes before the end of the working time, the librarian was already near the closed door. To my comment that another 5 minutes of working time answered something unintelligible about the fact that it should still turn on the alarm. But at 18.55 the library was already closed, the librarian herself was standing on the street, and she did not even think of apologizing or explaining in a human way that she could not return. Yes, probably, it is a trifle and a mere trifle, but it is such trifles that discourage the desire to visit such institutions.
