Good day! I became the owner of this wonderful board in August. And quite by accident, without reading any reviews, taking into account only the experience of two people. The board opened up such a quality in me - if I don't want to do something (stand on it), then there are 10 thousand reasons not to do it. At first it was painful to get up on it. After two weeks, I felt that my body reacted negatively to the nails (genitourinary system). But as it turned out later, it started metabolic processes in the body. Gradually fatigue and tension began to go away, body functions returned to normal and I felt a surge of strength. Now, standing on the board, I can do what I love - read. Moreover, it is possible to concentrate as much as possible on reading, because the brain tries to abstract from the pain in the feet. It may or may not be a coincidence, but my vision has improved, my memory has improved, so I will experiment further with sessions on nails. All the best!
