But yesterday ... I was very surprised at the incorrect behavior of the consultant: having offered paint instead of the requested one, seeing the color in the palette that did not match the requested color, I began to doubt. And in response, the consultant simply lost her temper: do you not believe me ???. It looked very unprofessional and incorrect. The consultant can advise me on the goods, I can doubt whether I can accept or not accept the offer. But in response to hearing inappropriate screams: you do not believe me, throwing paint, screaming: take this one, otherwise you will not sleep well .... I am in shock .. I really do not want to change the store, since everything was always fine. If a consultant breaks into people like that for no apparent reason, instead of a professional explanation, maybe you should think about changing a consultant? While she has not dispersed all regular customers?
