I do not recommend buying jewelry from this store. We bought wedding rings from them, 12 days after careful wear, a precious stone fell out from the wife. They brought it to the store, we thought they would at least put the ring in order. Instead, a cold attitude to the problem on the part of the managers, they saw a certain deformation of the ring, although the wife in a position and in her hands does not take anything heavier than the phone. Their expertise is paid, the client pays, so that he would then be told - "not a guarantee case." During the sale, the managers never shut up about the fact that the ring is thin and can be subject to deformation, they did not warn. Just to sell. From my point of view, this is an unfair attitude. The result: the wife's tears, the spoiled mood and the absolute indifference of the Precious Orchid to the grief of their client. I do not recommend contacting this store !!!
