Small "pocket" commercial bank. The situation inside has not changed, apparently, since the beginning of the 90s .. And the attitude to work and clients is the same. Most similar banks closed long ago.

Very rude bank staff. Bank employees allow themselves to call twenty times during the day, and sometimes from a personal number. They humiliatingly discuss the amount that I cannot pay the due date for a good reason. For example, they may say: “A thousand rubles is not such a lot of money, can you even pay that?” They call from a personal number. For a delay of five days, they came home, disturbed the neighbors of the first floor so that they would open the door. Assertively knocked on the front door. Trying to figure out the situation and pay, I went to the bank where the employee, head and lawyer of the credit department, without explaining the situation, kite attacked me with claims. The lawyer threatened me with a court and accused me of taking a loan from this bank. Seeing that there were 4 employees in the department, plus the head of the department and two lawyers who came in at once, not allowing me to say a word, the choir proved their innocence, I asked the BOOK of Complaints and suggestions. Where is the lawyer for this department, who didn’t introduce himself by the way, very rudely replied: “There’s not some store here, we don’t have a complaints book.” Indignant at the lack of a complaints book and such rude treatment, I want to ask a question: Do bank employees have the right to talk with clients like that? Does a bank employee have the right to come home after 5 days of delay and so persistently knock on the door? Can a Credit Lawyer threaten to sue? I am extremely upset with the humiliation of ordinary citizens, because I pay a loan every month and I do not think that I deserve such aggression of the entire department, especially a lawyer. If I deserve such an appeal in 5 days of delay, then it’s scary to think about how they relate to those who can’t pay longer. The whole conversation is recorded on video, I can provide as evidence.
